We are contacting you as your tickets for Bill Bailey - Qualmpeddler on Thursday 07/03/13 have not yet sold and will soon expire.

Our Last Minute Sales (LMS) service allows you to extend your listing(s) until 18.00 on the day of the event.

If you would like to enroll, please follow these steps:


IF YOU HAVE E-TICKETS

1) Please DO NOT send a paper copy of the tickets.

You can opt in by sending an email to LastMinuteSales@viagogo.com and attach your E-Tickets, for verification.

2) Monitor your account / emails and ensure that you upload your tickets for the buyer, as and when they sell.


IF YOU HAVE PAPER TICKETS

1) Send your tickets by any trackable delivery method to arrive no later than Wednesday 06/03/13 to the address below. If you are shipping your tickets from outside the UK, please allow extra time.

Make sure you include your viagogo username (email address) and the listing ID in the envelope with your tickets. PLEASE NOTE DELIVERIES ARE ONLY ACCEPTED MONDAY – FRIDAY.

2) Please send an email to LastMinuteSales@viagogo.com and provide us with the tracking number and your viagogo username (email address)

Please note, if the username and tracking number are not emailed to LastMinuteSales@viagogo.com or if you do not send them to us with the required information above, you will not be given permission to list and viagogo will not accept any responsibility for the tickets.

3) We will send you an email to confirm that your tickets are listed for the LMS service. We will only activate your tickets for sale once we receive them.

4) Collecting your tickets: PLEASE NOTE, in the unlikely event that your tickets do not sell, please notify us by 3pm on the day of the event and we will make sure your unsold tickets are ready for collection.
